Before You Begin

RealQuest Professional is available via the Web and requires Microsoft® Internet Explorer® version 6.01 or higher. Viewing reports can sometimes be blocked by pop-up blocker settings in Internet Explorer. You may need to allow pop-ups from and add it as a “trusted site” in your internet options.

Sign In

To login, open a browser and go to Type in the username and password that was emailed to you and click on the Sign In button. If you want RealQuest to remember your username each time you visit, check “Remember Me“.

Terms and Conditions

The first time you Login to your new RealQuest Professional account, you will be prompted to read and accept the Terms and Conditions. Please read the Terms and Conditions carefully before clicking accept. If you have questions about the Terms and Conditions, please contact customer support at 800.345.7334. If at any time you wish to revisit the Terms and Conditions, click on the link available on the footer.


Be sure to click the Logout button located along the right hand side of the screen.
