As a valuation pioneer, we provide constant production quality monitoring on all our AVMs and perform daily tests of all our production AVMs which include ValuePoint4®, PASS® , PowerBASE® 6.0, CASA® and Home Price Analyzer (HPA). This means we value 7,000 to 12,000 properties on each of these four AVMs each day. Based on this vast quality of data, we are capable of answering questions our customers may have with respect to hit rate or any definition of valuation accuracy. As such, we are one of the only AVM providers that publish an annual due diligence report on each of our AVM brands.
We don't represent that we can predict the future of the real estate market. However, we are the first to see when any one of our AVMs has started to behave differently from the norm. Presently, many customers are very concerned about declining values in a plethora of markets. We, too, share their concern. This is why we constantly monitor our AVM testing results, on a brand-by-brand basis, to guard against any tendency of over valuation.
