Customers that require use of one of our third-party AVMs or a combination of ours and theirs can create their own AVM cascade. Choose from ten valuation models to create your own cascade using your own criteria. For each geographic area (state and/or county), select the order to progress through a list of AVM vendors in order to manage an acceptable level of hit rate success.
