| RealQuest Professional continues to redefine market expectations, providing the tools you need to stay ahead of the competition. On Tuesday evening February 16, 2010, we released several new features and enhancements. Below is an overview of a few of the important changes included in this release. |

Don’t run the risk of buying a property without knowing the facts about the asset and its localized market. CoreScore provides a day’s worth of research, from multiple data sources, in seconds. No other real estate analytics system brings together so many important characteristics into a well-organized, convenient report.

| CoreScore gathers information on rental, inventory, and neighborhood characteristics and combines them with conventional listings data to provide an in-depth look at the property in question. The report contains supporting detail conveyed through easy-to-understand graphs, detailed analysis and more. |

| The grading scale for each category ranges from A (positive) to F (negative) and is based on advanced analytics that evaluate the property’s return on investment. It uses macro and micro market attributes as well as historical trends, valuations and predictive models to provide a quick snapshot of three main components. |

The easy-to-read grading card allows users to:
- Identify foreclosure activity
- Determine supply/demand
- Validate pricing strategies
- Explore rental opportunities
- Investigate comparable properties
- Analyze net present value and internal rate of return

| Map Search: Enhanced Report Options menu |
| Using the click and identify feature, users will access the enhanced Report Options menu which includes three report tabs: Basic, AVMs and Mortgage Analytics. With this enhancement, each tab will now feature a check mark indicator to provide a distinct way for users to know what types of reports they have selected prior to generating reports. |

| Administrative Module: AVM Cascade Options |
| The Administrative Module will feature a minor adjustment to more effectively manage the default settings for AVM Cascades. With this enhancement, end users on an account that includes an administrator will no longer have the ability to set their default for AVM Cascades. Rather, this option will be controlled solely by the administrator. |
